We want everyone to enjoy any event they attend at the farm. This guide gives you information about accessibility, but if you have any questions or suggestions let us know. Each event held by Nozstock Events is slightly different and may have different accessibility facilities so please check in with the team with your requirements for any event you attend.
Our accessibility coordinator, Katy, is available on site 8am – 8pm every day for our bigger events. She can help with anything you need.

We hold a bronze award from Attitude is Everything for our commitment to improving the live music experience for our deaf and disabled visitors.
We are one of only two festivals to receive their Outstanding Attitude Award in 2016 – given for our detailed online information.
Disabled visitors who receive DLA, PIP, Attendance Allowance, or are registered partially sighted can get one free companion tickets for a personal assistant at a Nozstock event

We may issue tickets for personal assistants for people with other access needs. If you can’t attend an event without support, but don’t receive PIP email [email protected] with more info and we’ll reply within 5 working days.
If you need to provide proof you are allowed a PA pass email a picture to [email protected].

Make sure you arrive during the correct gate opening times for your event
The farms address is Rowden Paddocks, Bromyard, Herefordshire, HR7 4LS on the B4214 Tenbury Road North out of Bromyard. We’re 30 minutes from the M5 Junction 7, via the Worcester ring road, and from the M50 Junction 2, via Ledbury.
When you arrive tell stewards you have booked accessible camping they will direct you to the right place.
Let the gate team know if you have not booked into accessible camping but require a wider parking space. The main car parks are 60 metres from wristband exchange.
To collect wristbands, you will need your tickets and I.D
If you book to come to a Nozstock Event with Blueline Taxis they offer a 20% discount Blue Line Taxis – Herefordshire Taxi and Private Hire (blueline-taxis.co.uk) Let us know you are using a taxi and we’ll arrange for you to be dropped off at accessible camping.

If you have booked accessible camping tell the stewards. They will show you the way. Here you can park next to your tent.
If you are camping in the main campsite your car must be parked in the car park. There are some wider parking spaces here, 60 metres from Wristband Exchange.
Blue badge holders can park for free. Show your blue badge in your car windscreen.
There are accessible toilets in Accessible Camping. There are no showers on site for one night events.

Live-in vehicles can be parked in accessible camping or the main live in area, but you must buy a live-in vehicle pass before you come to the site, wherever you go.
Live-in vehicles must fit in a 7m x 5m space
Once you have parked your live-in vehicle you can only leave site in an emergency. Please inform the accessibility co-ordinator so they can help you leave safely. If you leave you can’t come back in.
Campervans can’t be set up in the tent field. Tents can’t be set up in the campervan field unless for very young children.
Strobes are sometimes used at our events. If you would like to know when they will be used email [email protected]
The music can be very loud here and sound does carry to the campsite. Earplugs are available from wristband exchange upon request.
The farm is a small site so nothing is far away. All stages and bars are quite close.
This is a working farm so the ground is hilly and rough and can be difficult to move about on.
The site is made up of steep hills and fields.
Wristband exchange is quite flat with both grass and gravel ground but it can be very busy and you may have to wait. If you find queueing hard, let us know.
The farm is 630 metres from one end to the other. Not all areas of the farm will be in use for all events.
Accessible camping is approximately 200 metres from The Orchard Stage and 80 metres from The Stockyard.
If you are bringing a mobility scooter we can charge it for you but please let us know.
If you are bringing an assistance dog, please let us know in advance. Send proof your dog is registered with a member of Assistance Dogs UK and ensure they wear their harness when working.
The spending area for Assistance Dogs is across the drive from the gate at the top of accessible camping.
There’s not much seating at the farm so you might want to bring a camping chair

The closest accessible toilets are usually located across Woks Bridge at the bottom of The Dingle
There is a steep slope from the Orchard into the Ital Sounds area.
All accessible toilets at Nozstock are hand-operated.
We don’t have any changing spaces on site.
We welcome D/deaf visitors on The Farm.

The sound at a Nozstock Event can be very loud. Remember being around loud music for a long time can damage your hearing.
Children should wear ear defenders.
Noise from the stages can be heard in accessible camping.
