Just a week until you’re back on the Farm! Read on for packing inspo…
We can’t believe it – it’s almost been a full rotation around the sun since we last saw your lovely faces here in the Hidden Valley. And that means it’s almost time to have you back again – we’ve got a lot to catch up on, after all.
What’s that? It’s been so long since you’ve been on the Farm, you can’t remember what you need to bring with you? Does your packing list currently only contain the words ‘beer + (biodegradable) body glitter’? Never fear! Here at Into the Valley, we’re seasoned festival pros: we could pack our rucksacks in our sleep (and almost have had to, on several occasions…). Read on for our foolproof guide to What to Bring to Into the Valley 2026, broken up into handy sections for ease.
Practical Stuff
- Tent – of course – as romantic as it sounds to sleep under the stars, you won’t be getting a good night’s kip and might be eaten alive by mosquitos.
- Tent pegs and a hammer, if you’re especially handy.
- Sleeping bag and pillow.
- Sleeping mat (or air mattress, if you’re feeling fancy).
- Air mattress pump – see above.
The Essentials
- Clothes, including enough pairs of undies and socks for each day you’ll be a way, plus a few extra just in case.
- Sturdy shoes, for navigating the Farm’s terrain.
- Warm stuff: hoodies, blankets, hats. It gets cold at night, no matter how hot you are during the day!
- Suncream! And need we say it again, SUNCREAM.
- Sunglasses – protect those peepers, folks.
- But also a waterproof jacket or poncho, knowing the English weather.
- Earplugs – we’ll have these to give away, but good to have a pair on you.
- A torch or headtorch, for making your way to the loo in the dark.
- Tissues and/or loo roll – best to be prepared.
- All your usual bathroom bits: toothpaste and toothbrush, shower gel if you’ll be showering, deodorant, any medications you might need.
- A re-usable water bottle: protect the planet and stay hydrated!
- Food – an army dances on its stomach, after all! Plus, if you fancy yourself a bit of a Bear Grylls, something to cook it on – a camping stove – and to eat it off – plates and cutlery.
- A fully charged powerbank.
Everything Else
- Your costume and any other fancy dress bits to make sure you look the part as we travel back through the Time Resonator into the Roaring Twenties. Think Great Gatsby, flapper chic, a sharp suit or a straw boater.
- Something sparkly – always goes down well at a festival.
- A sensible amount of booze, if that takes your fancy – but please remember to decant any glass bottles into plastic before you arrive, and swing by one of our bars for a local pint while you’re here!
And most important of all…
- Your ticket to Into the Valley 2026, as well as photo ID for gaining access to the festival.
