Lens has been tearing through the scene since her emergence in 2020. Her signature wild double drops and imaginative genre-spanning selections has proved beyond any doubt that the heat around her name is well deserved. Lens was immersed in music from a young age. Her love for sound system culture, honed through attending raves as well as countless hours practicing on vinyl, laid the groundwork for her DJing style.
Lens’s rise has simply been impossible to ignore. Her viral Shogun Sessions set alongside Tempza closed 2023 with a bang. In early 2024 she released ‘After Party’ a collaboration with LZee, a multi-million streaming hit, and followed it up with her own edit, Lens’ Rowdy Rework, which became a staple in her live sets. Collaborations with the likes of Unglued and Diagnostix only continued to see her rise.
In 2025, Lens kicked off the year with her biggest release to date: Danger Zone with Emily Makis. A Kill Bill-inspired single that quickly racked up over 2 million streams and received mass BBC Radio 1 support. Bucket list moments have already been ticked off last year, with Lens’ Essential Mix for BBC Radio and her Live Stream for DJ Mag.
Driven by a deep-rooted connection to the culture that raised her, Lens is carving out her own lane in D&B in scintillating fashion.
